PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This
program is designed to take students through the operation, maintenance
and repair of common equipment used in construction. Focus is also
placed on welding, engines, hydraulic systems, and conservation projects
such as land use planning, firewood and maple syrup production, and
landscaping projects. Students receive hands-on training in the
operation and maintenance of equipment including bulldozer,
loader/backhoe, dump truck, forklift, skid steer loader, articulated
loader, mini-excavator and agricultural tractors and dump trucks.
