The Otsego Northern Catskills BOCES employees constitute the most important resource we have for providing quality educational programs for the students we serve in partnership with our 19 component school districts.  Recognizing this, it is the goal of the Human Resources Office to recruit and select the very best candidates, to promote employee/employer relations, and to provide a climate in which optimum staff performance and satisfaction are produced.
