The 5-hour pre-licensing course is a prerequisite to taking a road test and obtaining a driver’s license. This class is for those not already taking a driver's education class. All students must pre-register by calling 607-286-7715 ext. 2407 or via email at [email protected]. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. The fee is projected to be $50 as of July 1st. Checks, money orders and credit cards will not be accepted. You must bring your permit to the class in order to receive your certificate.
