Another big winner at the competition was NCOC's Cosmetology Instructor, Ms. Laurie Darfler-Sweeney, was awarded the NYS SkillsUSA Area II Advisor of the Year! This is a much-deserved recognition for Ms. Darfler-Sweeney for all the effort, time, and attention she provides to our students!
