SEL Planning Holiday Luncheon

Headed by John Taylor and Mary Dirr, The Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Committee will be hosting the 2nd Annual Holiday Luncheon for students on November 23, 2020!  Currently, the SEL Committee has received donations from New York State Insurance Reciprocal, Mirabito Fuel Group and Chef Brian Wrubleski of Mel’s at 22 Restaurant in Cooperstown who will be preparing the meal of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and rolls. Milk products have been donated by Saputo of Delhi, NY.  Chobani has donated Flip Top yogurts and the Mt. Vision Fire Department has donated individual serving containers for each lunch. By having a professional chef prepare and serve the meal, all safety precautions will be followed. Students will maintain proper social distancing, will receive an individual meal and then return to their classroom to enjoy their lunch.  Donations are still being accepted on the monetary level or a product donation to be utilized in conjunction with the meal. If you would like to donate to this wonderful event, please contact OAOC in Milford at (607) 286-7715 or NCOC in Grand Gorge at (607) 588-6291.  We are excited to offer this event to our students and couldn't do it without our generous sponsors!
